On the left side of the container are collard greens and the right side of the container has spinach. This is quite remarkable since we thought neither of these things were growing. Then, the other day we looked out in the garden and we had all of this! We couldn't believe it! Of course, all of those collards cook down to about 2 1/2 bowls worth of collards - but they were delicious!!!! The spinach was great too.
We have started our seeds and a few of them are ready to be transplanted. Maybe we can work on that this weekend. We always have so much to do to get our house ready before we go out of town for a few days! Luckily, there will be someone staying here so the cats won't be too lonely!

Beautiful greens! I grow spinach, turnip greens, broccoli (eat the leaves too), chard and kale. All good for you and fun to grow.
nice! we have fallen back into a cold snap, had ice on the car window this morning, still thawing after being out doing a yard sale all day, lol. Hot collard greens sound good!
